Refund Policy

Not happy with your seating chart? Reply to your receipt email within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund of your $14 payment, no questions asked.

Before you request one, though — if what you actually need is to move a few guests around after a late RSVP change, that's exactly what your free re-runs are for. From your permanent chart link, you can edit your guest list or rules and re-export as many times as you reasonably need at no extra cost — usually faster than waiting on a refund, and it gets you a chart you can actually use.

If you'd still rather have your money back after that, or you just want a refund straight away, just reply to your original receipt or confirmation email from ZL Norman Labs with the word "refund" and we'll process it, typically within a few business days back to your original payment method.

Refunds requested more than 14 days after purchase are handled on a case-by-case basis — reach out anyway and we'll do our best to help.
